4 hours of fun and exercise in self-defense situations with your child are planned. On this day, the kiddies and kids can really outpour. Be curious about what we have planned for you - fun in self-defense training is guaranteed in any case. The training we divide into the usual age groups:
- Kiddies (5-8 years)
- Kids (8-12 years)
Course content:
This is about a healthy self-assessment and development of your own skills in self-defense situations for yourself but also for others with the background of civil courage! It is about strengthening self-esteem and communicating behaviors for conflict resolution!
Especially because the fun is in the foreground, improves your child's own safety, coordination and physical fitness playfully.
This not only strengthens the attention, but also the self-confidence! The KRAV MAGA is always about prevention.
Therefore, we impart to your child, above all, to avoid physical conflicts and conflicts and to act self-confidently! If a physical confrontation is unavoidable, we give the children the knowledge to use their own body and their own power efficiently to defend themselves in an emergency, against their peers but also against "stronger". The fun is here in the foreground.
