Krav Maga Camp for Kiddies and Kids
Self-defence in compressed form is available for children and young people at our location in Cologne-Deutz in the first and last week of the summer holidays in NRW 2022:
Summer Camp 1: 27.06. to 01.07.2022
Summer Camp 2: 01. to 05.08.2022
New and exciting content awaits the participants! Of course, the camps are also suitable for newcomers from 5 to 16 years of age. The groups are divided according to age and previous knowledge:
Kiddies: approx. 5 to 7 years old
Kids: approx. 8 to 11 years

With us, the kids move all day, laugh, learn and assert themselves in training. This is how they develop themselves and their self-confidence, come home well-balanced and, above all, safe.

Course content:
This is about a healthy self-assessment and development of one's own skills in self-defence situations for oneself but also for others with the background of civil courage! The aim is to strengthen self-confidence and to teach ways of dealing with conflict!
Precisely because the focus is on fun, your child improves their own safety, coordination and physical fitness in a playful way.
This not only strengthens attention, but also self-confidence! KRAV MAGA is always about prevention.
We therefore teach your child above all to avoid physical confrontations and conflicts and to appear self-confident! If a physical confrontation can no longer be avoided, we give the children the knowledge to use their own body and their own strength efficiently to defend themselves in an emergency, against their peers but also against "stronger" people. Fun is the main focus here.
At the end of the course there is a voluntary Krav Maga level test for the children. Here, newcomers have the opportunity to secure the white/yellow KRAVolution Krav Maga patch and advanced participants (of the last camps) can fight for the next patch white/orange or even white/green in our test on the last day!

ATTENTION:
Working parents: The camp takes place daily from 10:00 to 15:00. However, children can be brought from 08:00 and will be looked after until the start of the camp. The children need to wear sportswear and bring their own food.
We would also like to point out that we make audio and video recordings during the camp. These are for promotional purposes and are also intended as a souvenir for the participants and their parents.
With regard to Corona, the rules in force at the time of the camps will be implemented. We will keep the participants informed about this!
